MylidAdvisory is a subsidiary of Mylid Company Limited, an African feminist-led boutique consulting firm incorporated in 2010.
We conduct independent investigations into Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (SEAH), abuse of authority, retaliation, and serious safeguarding violations. We also advise boards and executive leadership on institutional safeguarding systems, compliance, governance risk, and gender accountability support.
Our work applies a feminist and intersectional lens, grounded in procedural fairness, survivor-centred practice, and strict confidentiality.

About the Founder & Principal Consultant
Iheoma K. Obibi is an African feminist leader, Ashoka Fellow, certified SEAH investigator, and safeguarding adviser with more than 25 years of experience across Nigeria and West Africa. Her work focuses on preventing and responding to sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment (SEAH), strengthening safeguarding systems, and advancing accountability in organisations working with communities.
Through MylidAdvisory, she provides independent investigation and advisory services to international organisations, foundations, civil society institutions, and private sector actors. Her work includes SEAH investigations, safeguarding and gender audits, institutional policy reviews, and advisory support to address safeguarding failures and strengthen accountability systems.
Iheoma is known for handling sensitive cases that require independence, discretion, and careful evidence assessment. She applies survivor-centred and trauma-informed practice while maintaining procedural fairness and strong documentation standards. Alongside her investigation work, she has contributed to feminist advocacy and movement building across Africa for over two decades.
